Privacy Policy

MAI is not live yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join the waitlist so we can tell you when it launches. This page explains, in plain English, exactly what that means for your data. No legalese, no hidden clauses.
What we collect
Only your email address, and only when you choose to give it to us by joining the waitlist. That is the entire list. We do not ask for your name, your skin, your medication, or anything else on this site.
Why we collect it
To tell you when MAI is ready, and occasionally to share early-access news before launch. That is the only reason your email exists in our system. We will not use it for anything you did not sign up for.
Where it is stored
Your email is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both are established providers with their own security and data protections. We never sell your email, rent it, or share it with advertisers or anyone else.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how many people visit. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data, so there is nothing here that can identify you.
Your choices
You are in control of your email at all times. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, and you can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist entirely. Either way, just email hello@joinmai.co and we will sort it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. When the full MAI product launches, it will have its own, more detailed privacy policy covering the profile you build inside the app.
